Awesome review! That master level slider is a nice addition. My MXR 6-band EQ doesn't have one, and I wish it did! I use mine for more of a boost than a tone shaper though, so it's all good.

GF has just ordered me a BYOC Tri Booster for birthday time, it's basically 3 boosts in 1 box 1. A Dallas-Arbiter Rangemaster (like Brian May uses) 2. A EH Linear Power Boost 3. Some sort of MosFET based clean boost I wanted some sort of treble booster to run into the Normal Channel of the AC30 for those Brian May tones, hopefully this will do the job. I get to build it myself; which i'm lookin forward to and i'm gonna have one of the painters at work do a tricked out paint job on the enclosure hopefully

Sounds like you've got a keeper on your hands, lol.
Be sure to document your build with plenty of pics. I'm starting to get really interested in the whole DIY pedal stuff.

The Tri-Boost kit arrived today, i've got 3 days off this weekend so i may start the build whilst i'm off, once the build is complete and the pedal up and running; i'll decide on a colour scheme and get the enclosure painted. Pics to come soon, hopefully.

Both of you keep everyone updated with pics and a commentary of your progress! I'm becoming quite interested in this DIY pedal thing, seems like it could be quite fun to get in to.
