Hello Doc, or as you are now known, Jack Torrance.
"Gimme the bat Wendy, I'm not gonna hurt you. I'm just just gonna bash your brains in..."

I find it funny how this thread is just one long list of excuses. Apart from the Doc of course... *shifty look* Adulthood is one long excuse...

Yep, I've been especially scarce too, but I check in now and again...about as often as I've been picking up the guitar any given week Where did I go? My first site to visit on most browsing sessions is now clipmarks.com, which is coined as bite-sized highlights of the web. And not to make excuses, but I just haven't been online as much either, now that my wife is done with school, the weather has been nice, new seasons of tv shows have started, it's football season, my computer chair sucks...

I've been "lurking" for the past few weeks. Went on vacation for a few weeks and when I came back, I had to cram for my project management certification test that was due by 10/31 (passed it yesterday). Now that it's out of the way and it's getting friggin dark here at 7pm again, I imagine I'll be around a little more. Let the rejoicing commence.

Yeah. No offense, Josh, but if you're a shrink, we're all fucked.

Oh I don't know - it's an accepted thought that the most screwed up people end up as therapists. *kidding dude - it's a noble thing to want to help other folks! Plus the coin ain't bad". ;D

Plus the coin ain't bad". ;D i concur ;D ive got issues that i refuse to resolve myself... i'll probably just end up telling people about my own problems...ya know like my imaginary knight friend named steve and cans of peaches... hmmmmmmmmmm peach..... i tend to say shit like that just to watch people's reactions... it's part of what i do for entertainment and pleasure

You have a knight named Steve? Interesting. I have been sharing space in my head with a one eyed doorman named Roscoe for years now. Not a bad guy really but he does have this bad habit of rubbing people randomly on the head and asking them if they have seen his "wheel of cheese" around" anywhere.
