...which one band/artist would you go see live?
At the moment I'd probably say Van Halen on one of their earlier tours with Roth.

Van Halen, Led Zeppelin, G'N'R, Hendrix, SRV... oh wait, you said one . Picking just one is too hard!

Hendrix, The Ramones, Pantera, Ozzy (with Rhoads), Bob Marley. I would also like to listen to a few of the classical composers perform their songs. You can only get the notes right reading off sheet music, but hearing them play it with their flair would be interesting to hear.

It'd be great to go back and see big bands play in small clubs before they got famous.
I guess it would be kind of nostalgic.

I think, for me, it'd have to be Rage. I'd like to see a LOT of old bands, but if it were only one, it'd have to be Rage. Those dudes get me amped every time I hear their music.

Hmmm... I have been thinking about this one... there are so many I would love to see that have already been said. But if I could I'd probably like to see Queen. They were just so different from other acts out there.

Hmm. I would probably want to go back and see some of the old blues guys: Robert Johnson, Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf...etc Oh yeah, SRV...etc.

Pantera, Hendrix, AC/DC w/ Bon Scott, Metallica w/ Cliff, SRV, Zep, Allman Bros w/ Duane.....So many. Too many really, cause every good musician decides hes gonna die at some stupidly young age.

Floyd twice, once with Barrett and once with Gilmour.
Or, Deep Purple in the early days, sometime after "The Book of Taliesyn" was released.
Or, Coltrane fronting his own band.

Definitely! Man was insane. In a completely compositionally brilliant way, of course.

Hmmm... This would be tough. I guess if I had to pick one concert it would have been Woodstock. Get the most for the money there. I would have liked to see Hendrix and SRV but never managed to go see SRV, Hendrix was dead by the time I could have gone to see him. The original Who where awesome and so was Zappa. I saw Zappa on Halloween after his Saturday Night Live Conehead skit. Great show! The Who I saw in Buffalo NY with The Clash and David Johanson and the NY Dolls. Floyd and the old Yes would have been great to see. I never saw Zep or the Doors either. The list goes on and on. Oh....The Band was awesome. I saw them play with CSN&Y and they blew CSN&Y away. Possibly because Y didn't show like usual.
