We took the boys out trick or treating... We only had about 12-15 children come to the house.
The boys got to show off their Jack O lanterns...
Overall a very uneventfull Halloween.
How was everyone else's?

i'm the only one in my household who cares for jack-o-lanterns, so i carved a few out. passed out candy, watched some godfather, and read some steinbeck... that, and watched some vampire vs. demons feature. very plain.

Yeah, I went to school, then bought A Clockwork Orange and watched it, then read a bit, then went to my first day of working at IMAX. It wasn't so bad, all I had to do was fill out some forms and watch a free movie. Still, not a very good Halloween. It's the first year I've not been in Inwood for it, so it seemed like less of a big deal. In Inwood everyone gets completely decked out and we get like 120 trick or treaters (which is funny, because the overall population is about the same). I don't think I even saw any kids trick or treating in my neighbourhood here in the city. Pretty lame.

Instead of hiding in the house with all the lights off, I actually got to enjoy Halloween this year. I had a blast carving a pumpkin and taking the kids around to the houses. Maybe next year I'll even dress up myself... Anyway, here's a few pics Here are the pumpkins. Mine is the scarecrow, Josh's is the skull, and Tonja's/Cole's is the one with the big eyebrows. And here are the ghouls

I went to the Korova Milkbar with my droogs to make ready for some of the old ultra-violence. We sat around watching TV and argued who's turn it was to get the door. Didn't even have a pumpkin this year....A first for me in 44 years.

About all I did of note was take a stroll down the Strand (historical tourist strip in Galveston) after work yesterday before coming home. Besides a few people trick-or-treating the tourist shops, there were also lots of vendors setting up for a 4 day motorcycle rally that started today...and boy did it start. Stopped in again today, and for a Thursday it was pretty crowded. It'll be rip roaring tomorrow, and I'll be there again. I'll try and take some pics this year.

The kid dresed as the ghost looks friggin awsome.
I worked all night (6 to 3) in the worst neighborhood in philly. Not worst as in bad people, worst as in its the gay section of philly. We were right down the street from a gay bar and we saw some riduclos shit. At one point as me and two other guys were standing in the street guiding traffic, some dude walked up and said "there's a lot of banging going on out here," since we were breaking up the street. I turned around as was dyin' laughing when he did the limp hand and said "I like a lot of banging to ne of the other guys." We all lost it.

Me and my full sized wife rocked the night away. Yes, it was a little difficult walking (not too bad though, and it REALLY looked like a "little person" when I took my small steps).
