So here's the deal; 3 pedals MAX, what do you choose?

I would like to add to the criteria... no multi-effects pedals allowed.
Tuner ---> Crunchbox ---> either chorus or delay (depending on the situation)
If you don't count a tuner, then it would be: Crunchbox ---> Chorus ---> Delay
Another option I might go with (excluding a tuner) would be: EQ ---> Crunchbox ---> Chorus/Delay (depending)
This pretty much sums up my pedalboard as it is now. At the moment, my chain is as follows:
Guitar ---> MXR Flanger ---> MXR 6-band EQ ---> Crunchbox ---> Boss CH-1 Chorus ---> Boss DD-3 Delay ---> Boss TU-2 Tuner ---> Amp
I also might add the Metal Muff in there after the Crunchbox if I need that kind of tone.

Electroc Harmonix Memory Man-----> Electro Harmonix Big Muff----------> My Boss RC 20 XL (Loop machine)... The bare necesities...(necesities?)

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
Probably whammy -> big muff -> small clone.
I feel like I should have my wah in there rather than the whammy, but I don't really use it that much and whammies are so much crazy fun.

I have G.A.S.----the maximizer makes it sound better/bigger as in stereo compared to mono and the e.q. , variation of tone.. even the best amps only have 3 knobs for eq. none of these pedals are used for the distortion..but I stand by my earlier statement on pedals I use:P I was rather snobbish wasn't I....jeez when I started on that other site I had a piece of crap Crate 1x10 solid state and a Yamaha strat copy....have I become one of "those" people?? I digress, whatever works, eh?

Like YOU said, if your amp was good enough, you wouldn't need all that extra crap. However, this thread isn't about whether your amp is good or not. It's about what pedals you would put on your pedalboard in a minimalist way. I happen to really enjoy the distorted tones that my amp has. The Crunchbox just gives me MORE distortion options. My 5150 has my perfect distortion tone, but if I had it here, I would still want the Crunchbox on my board, because it gives me more tone options. Both of my amps are only 2 channels, so, with the Crunchbox, I basically have 3 channels.
BTW, do you even know what an MI Audio Crunch Box is? It is a very highly revered pedal in the tone snob/cork sniffy community.
Again, lets keep this thread about pedals, and not whether your amp is good or not. I personally don't have patience for snobby comments on my forum.

Well seein as how i started this thread i'd better come up with my options,
I think i'd probably go with:
Overdrive ---> Eq ---> Chorus
If i had a Delay then i would probably change the Chorus for Delay, but that's pretty much my bare minimum 3 pedal board.

Does the Boss TU-15 count? Being as it's technically not a pedal, but... anyway.
Excluding the tuner -
Morley Bad Horsie 2 Wah - Keeley Compressor - Boss DD3 Delay

Boss CE 5 (Chorus Ensemble) - Boss DD-5 (Digital Delay) - Ibanez Tube King (tube distortion)
Those being chosen from what I already own, not a "dream" board.
